\\Palombaro\\ è una lampada da tavolo ispirata alle esplorazioni marine del secolo scorso, espressa in un linguaggio giocoso e infantile. Il “casco” della lampada si ispira alla visiera delle antiche mute da sub, attraverso la quale fuoriesce la luce, creando un effetto visivo che simula lo sguardo esplorativo di un subacqueo. Il corpo solido e ben radicato è un tronco di cono in ceramica che conferisce all'oggetto stabilità e materialità. Due sottili bracci metallici sostengono la testa della lampada, consentendole di ruotare avanti e indietro, proprio come un casco regolabile, in modo che il fascio di luce possa essere diretto a piacere. Il design si inserisce in una tradizione che richiama il lavoro di Munari e Sottsass, sia per lo studio delle forme geometriche che per l'ironia dell'oggetto.
\\Palombaro\\ is a table lamp inspired by the marine explorations of the last century, expressed in a playful, childlike language. The lamp's “helmet” is inspired by the visor of ancient diving suits, through which light escapes, creating a visual effect that simulates the exploratory gaze of a diver. The solid, well-rooted body is a ceramic truncated cone that gives the object stability and materiality. Two thin metal arms support the lamp head, allowing it to rotate back and forth, just like an adjustable helmet, so that the light beam can be directed as desired. The design is part of a tradition that recalls the work of Munari and Sottsass, both in terms of the study of geometric shapes and the irony of the object.
